4. Explore Tusan Beach
Tusan Beach, located 1 hour from Miri is well known for its white sandy beaches and rock formations. The view from the clifftop is simply beautiful especially during sunset. This beach doesn’t get as much recognition compared to the other beaches like Brighton Beach/Tanjung Lobang orLutong Beach probably because it is further out from Miri city.

Sadly, in February 2020 the famous rock formation at Tusan Beach has collapsed due to heavy downpour. It is disappointing knowing that we won’t be able to see the rock formation, however you can still enjoy the peaceful ambience here. Nevertheless, Tusan Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Miri and definitely worth checking out if you have the time.
