How to visit Cameron Flora Park?
Located towards the North-West side of Pahang, a trip to the Cameron Floral Park can easily be done by renting a car, taking a taxi/e-Hailing or by joining a tour group.
How long is the journey to Cameron Flora Park?
Depending on your starting point, the journey can be an easy going 83km trip from Ipoh, Perak or a long tiring 215km trip from Kuala Lumpur. As we started our journey from Kuala Lumpur, we had to leave home as early as 6am for the 3:30 – 4 hour drive which passes through Perak before making a detour to the Cameron Flora Park.
Although the roads leading up to the flora park are a bit windy, you should have no issues getting here. Occasionally you will pass by certain areas with ongoing road constructions, so take extra precaution when driving here. Once you arrive at the car park, head over to the booth here to wait for the 4WD transport to send you to the flora park.
We waited around 5 minutes for the transport to arrive and it took us another 10 minutes car ride to get to the entrance of Cameron Flora Park. For those planning to drive here yourself, we have included the Google Maps directions to the car park.
