Starting from 1st August 2022, the Borneo Cultures Museum will be charging an admission fee to all visitors. At the present moment, you can only purchase tickets at the counter, so plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience.

1. Level 1 – (Lobby, Auditorium, Restaurant & Gift Shop)

Collect your visitor pass to enter the museum at the reception counter before making your way to the galleries from Level 2 – 5. The auditorium and function rooms are also available on this level to host any major functions and events. Once you are done with your museum visit, you can check out the gift shop here or dine at any of the restaurants here.

2. Level 2 – (Children’s Gallery and the Arts and Crafts Gallery)

On the second level, you can discover the Children’s Gallery and the Arts and Crafts Gallery. Here the galleries focuses on the preservation and conservation efforts to keep the rivers clean. With the theme of ‘Love Our Rivers’, the galleries use interactive learning and games to build interest and awareness in the younger generation. There is also a playground and a lounge area for kids and parents to relax.

3. Level 3 – (In Harmony With Nature)

Being the largest gallery of the museum, the third level’s theme ‘In Harmony With Nature’, features the relationship the Borneo people have with mother nature. Here, you can see how the locals used to live, learn about their traditions and customs, and discover the multisensory and immersive experiences in the exhibition.
